1. Introduction

These Unleashed UGC Course Terms ("Course Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the Unleashed UGC course ("Course") offered by Nephesh Media LLC ("Nephesh Media," "we," "us," or "our"). These Course Terms supplement our general Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Course Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Course Terms shall control with respect to the Course.

By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Course Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll in or access the Course.

2. Course Description

The Unleashed UGC course is a self-paced, online educational program designed to teach students the fundamentals and advanced strategies of user-generated content (UGC) creation, including but not limited to content strategy, filming techniques, editing, brand outreach, pricing, and portfolio development. The Course consists of 16 modules, quizzes, a certificate of completion, and access to a curated Brand Contact Directory.

The Course is educational in nature. It provides information, strategies, and frameworks based on our experience and expertise. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to enroll in the Course. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility for their use of the Course and agree to these Course Terms on their behalf.

4. Enrollment and Account

5. Course Pricing and Payment

The Course is offered at the price displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect existing enrollments.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. Nephesh Media does not store your credit card number, bank account information, or other financial data on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout and the terms of the applicable payment processor.

Promotional codes and discounts, if offered, are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase of the Course.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course content and the fact that access is granted immediately upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds once Course access has been provided.

7. Course Access and Delivery

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive lifetime access to the Course materials as they exist at the time of purchase, subject to these Course Terms. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Nephesh Media continues to offer the Course on its platform.

The Course is delivered digitally through our website. No physical materials are included unless expressly stated.

Nephesh Media may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, add to, or remove Course content at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates, but any updates made will be available to enrolled students at no additional charge.

While we strive to maintain consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Course. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property and License

All Course content, including but not limited to video lessons, text, graphics, templates, worksheets, the Brand Contact Directory, quizzes, and any other materials provided as part of the Course ("Course Materials"), is the exclusive property of Nephesh Media LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, Nephesh Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Course Terms or the Course shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 13 of our general Terms of Service, including mandatory binding arbitration, waiver of jury trial, and class action waiver.
